Dear Team,
We recently converted our system to S/4HANA 1610 FP01. After the conversion we did the configuration to migrate the Purchase Requisition Approval App to be based on My Inbox. We created a scenario specific tile in the Launchpad designer and assigned this tile to the user. When the user clicks on the tile he can see the list of PR's to be approved, but when we click on the work item the details view is only showing the item number. Has anyone faced this problem. Please advice.

Hi Rehan,
Thanks for the reply. I had already applied this note. It's showing the item details now, but when I click on the item it is not showing any further details like account assignment, service details(in case of service PR) etc. Have you implemented this App in your S/4HANA Landscape? If yes could you please share what you see when you click on the line item in this App.
