Error while publishing Services in ITS dual installation

Hi all,

We r using sapR/3 4.7. ITS is 620. ITS is dual host installation.

The ITS is used mainly to run ESS and the single host installation works fine.

Windows IIS service is being used for the same.

The problem is while publishing the services the log in the Agate Host IACOR is showing the following and some of the services do not work properly including PZM3.

192.168.0.89 is the wgate host ip add.

192.168.0.200 is the sap instance ip add.

What the log message "Failed to receive xxxxxxxxxxxx" as stated below means.
