Hi chandra,
Print control structure basically works this way,
1. Print list is maintained (You can use the std one's)
2. Spool Parameters define them for a user/Plant combination (Generally for plant and user we give * meaning it is common for all plants/users. Here you define the printer, when to print and retension if you are spooling.
3. Define referance order type. Here you maintain type as * and you can define the default as PP01 or any Z order types you have created. What this means is that the you are making the parameters common to all order types.
4. In forms folder you define the form for plant/ref order type list combinationt the layout what needs to be used.
5. In Programs you define the program for plant/ref order type list combination
6. List control for transactions defines how the printing should take place when various transaction are used.
7. Define the printer specifications
8. Flow control define, Printing online, background etc..
Once you are done with the settings in OPK8, you can go the order and try printing the order or list which ever required
Hope this helps... reward your points if helpful
Regards,
Prasobh
