When I try to perform full upload data from CRM to BI system with data source 0BPARTNER_ATTR (active version: Excutable). I waited for a long time but there are not any records were transfered (total records need to upload are 130) . I checked the log and can't find any errors.
Pls help me solve this problem.
Thanks and regard
Hi,
Check with the basis as it is a basis issue.Check for the BW RFC user whether it can fetch data or not.
You will not have authorization to transfer the data from the CRM system to BW system.
Hope it helps
Thanks

Info IDoc 4: sent, not arrived; Data passed to port OK
However, the data has been uploaded to infoobject. Pls explain to me about this error and why the data can be uploaded with this error.

Hi there,
It seems that the errors indicate a problem with IDOCs. "not arrive" description normally associate with the RFC user not able to log into your source (CRM) system.
Go to transaction code SM59 and check your RFC connection. Also, you can check a different BW extraction from this source system.
Cheers
Hi Nguyen,
Check if the load has finished succesful in SM37 and see if there are any tRFC struck in the process through SM58 if so, execute the LUW.
Also see if the datasource in the source system(CRM) has the records to be transfered through RSA3.
Try to reschedule after replicating the datasource on BW system and activating the transferstructure.
Hope it helps...
Best Regards,
DMK
