GR history not showing completely in MB51

For a few materials, the material document report- MB51 is not showing the complete history of goods movement. These materials have been in use since 2005 and the report shows goods movement from 2012-13 onwards. Business claims that these materials have a goods movement history longer than this.

Is there a way to see the entire history of the materials?

Check if all those documents (before 2012) has been archived. Check the link https://help.sap.com/saphelp_dimp50/helpdata/en/e3/9a163f9959a808e10000000a114084/content.htm

Thanks. That helped. the checkbox on the bottom par of the report that reads " Reread short docs in Archive" had to be checked. That tells the system to read the data from the archive. "

SAP_DRB_MATBEL1 is the structure.
