pop-up to notify users when Goods Receipt is done

Hi All,

I have a problem where in i have to display:

a) a pop-up with the message that a Goods Receipt has happened to a set of users AND

b) pop-up with information of material / storage location and qty.

Please let me know if any one had worked on this...
