how to specify quty(50) type qnty field asin internal table

through recording me21 i want to upload bdc data into purchase order.so here to declare a quentity field menge, amout netpr with specified size giving me problem as i want to upload multiple item records.so help me in solving this.

pls forward me the details as early as possible.
