Hi Experts,

Hope all of you are doing well.

As per issue, there exists an old IT0041 entry for an employee without End Date (blank) and Start Date (blank). This entry was created by IDOC. This entry exists only at table PA0041 for an employee and needs to be deleted.

I know how to delete it in debug mode or in edit mode in SE16N but client will not approve to do the same via mentioned methods.Experts please assist how to delete this entry using any other way?? (is there any report etc..)

Maybe you could use RPCONSISTENCY report to found out incoherent records; extract them in a file and then make an ABAP report to delete records based on this file.

Hi Antoine,

Thanks for your reply..

Could you please cross check if the report name RPCONSISTENCY is correct as I am not able to find the report :(

Thanks

Hi Gupta,

There is no standard report to delete these entries. You can delete them in debug mode with the help of ABAPer.
