SAP IDES installation on Win XP

Please clarify is it possible to install ECC 5.0 SAP IDES (SQL SERVER)

on windows XP with SP2.

I had done on Windows Advance server earlier.

Now it is giving problem on when Win XP , do I need to install SQL server first , before running the SAP installer central instance.
