I am Vakka Reddy currently working on CRM CIC module, and i am looking for some one who can help me in CTI genesys integration,
Can any one help me what are the basic settings required for CTI genesys integration, please forward some doccumentation help on CTI integration.

I am vinod, working as a genesys consultant in Accenture, India. Got your reference from SDN.SAP.com. Nice meeting you. As i am a genesys guy, i dont have much knowledge on sap side configuration.
We have installed genesys gplus adapter for CRM. Can some one please guide where to create telephony settings in sap crm.
For sap erp ...we usually create a RFC destination(SM59) and a telephony server(SPHB) and connect gplus and SAP thru TCP/IP connection. But for SAP CRM ,,genesys uses Https connection to connect gplus adapter and SAP CRM.
I tried in the same for SAP CRM ,creating RFC destination type G(http connection to external server) and a telephony server in SM59.
The connection test in SM59 is successfully but the connection test in SPHB failed.
Is maintaining telephony server(SPHB) mandatory for https connection to external server? Can we do the similar settings in CIC0 ?
Is there any other way to connect SAP CRM and genesys? Plese advice. Any additional comments will help.

Hi All,
I am trying to include the Ready State of the Gplus adapter into the CIC Call State. However, clicking on the MC Phone Make Ready button does not seem to trigger an event in the CIC as, for example, logging on to MC Phone does.
Does anyone have a reference of the plug-in events that the CIC can subscribe to, as well as accessible methods and properties?

What release of CRM are you implementing? Are you planning to migrate to IC WebClient. We have been told that SAP is not supporting IC Winclient in the next release of CRM, so our customers have been migrating to IC WebClient.

Hello friends,
we have installed gplus adapter for sap-erp integration. Can some one please let me know how to configure a connection between sap application server and an Adapter.
We got stuck in creating a SAPphone server on sap. In transaction SM59 while creating a new TCP/ip connection RFC destination, we need to set the RFC destination name and program id .
what should be the value for program id? Do we need to code a RFC for this ? cos be gave the program id as SPS.PROG as mentioned in the gplus deployment guide, but the connection test failed.
Can someone please help me in fixing this.
Just one more, how to obtain SAP RFC SDK binary files? Shd these binary files need to be placed in the gplus working directory? Does the tcp/IP connection failed due to missing binary files?
