WHEN CAlling the BAPI 'BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE', the COMMIT WORK / ROLL BACK HOW TO SETTING IS SAFE IN CODE? WHY?

Not clear with your question?

are you checking why we need to have COMMIT WORK after the BAPI is called in the program? If yes then thats BAPI's does not trigger an explicit COMMIT work so its required to do a COMMIT WORK after the successfull execution of BAPI. Generally you call the function module BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT after successfully executing the BAPI.
