Create a Transaction code for a Report

Hi

I have created a report through report painter. How can i create a transaction code for the report.

to find out the program name of the report painter report, first execute the report using t code GRR3 and from the menu select Extras - Technical Information.

This will give you program name for execute the report. Copy Execute program name and attach transaction code to it using t code SE93

Hi,

T.Code: SE93 - Maintain Transaction

Transaction Code = Zxxxxxx

Click on Create.

Short Text = Name of Report

Click on the radio button for 'Transaction with Parameters'

Press Enter.

Transaction = GR55

Parameters Window...

Screen Field : Screen field can be viewed in technical information screen of the report group to which report belongs for which t.code is to created.

Value: Report Group

Click on Save.

Now you have a custom transaction for the report(s) in a report group.

Hi,

Entered the T.code:Se93, Give target T.code,then Hit the create button,goto next screen give the short test and select start object and excute the T.Code.

Hi,

Go to SE93 Transaction code and give the transaction code..Press create..

Choose the radio button "program and selection screen (Report transaction)"

Press enter.. Give the report program name.. give the selection-screen number 1000 Press save... then execute this Transaction...

when you want to run that report, just run this Transaction code
