Service Contract and Service Process



In the "Service Desk Additional Information" doc. mentioned the prerequisites for automatic contract determination when a Support message or Service Order are created, one of them is:

The Sales Organization and the sales channel must be the same than Service notification (Support Mesage) and the same apply for Service Organization.

But in the Support Message there is not such tab to fulfilled with that information and is not getting from the Sold-to Party Master Data automatically. Therefore there is no any contract determination when Supp. message is being created.

Is there some one who has implemented Service Contract for CRM 5.0 and Sol Man 4.0???

Could some tell me if there is another view or missing customization??
