Order reason at Item Level

Hi

When I create a credit memo and add an order reason at Item level as well as header, then the billing doc does not copy the price conditions from item to header and the item conditions say they are Inactive statistical conditons only.

I don't knwo the reason for this.. any ideas?

Hi Lee,

First if all I wanted to understand one thing, as per Order Reason is only at a HEader Level and not at Item level.

At item level you have reason for rejection.

Coming to the copying of conditions chcek the copy control in VTFL. check the pricing procedure in V/08, which is assigned to the document type you are using. chcek the condition types and see if the condition types are marked as statistical.
