BI Upgrade planning

Hi,

I a trying to prepare a plan for upgrading BI 3.5 to Nw 2004s. I am looking for a list typical technical activities that are specific to planning an upgrade. I would appreciate any input in this matter. We have a DEV, QA and Prod 3.5 environment in BW.
