After giving up initially with fiori, we are inclined to use it as it gives lots of useful functionality. Having put it back into action, the system is functional and operational but the cockpit area will just not customise. For example, we can add the common functions window, but we can do nothing to is. We cannot get anything to drag into the area and we cannot even move the common functions within the larger screen area (as we can do in the non-fiori option). This very same thing happened initially but, with no good explanation, it did eventually work (the caveat being that other things then went wrong and forced us to give up).
I cannot spot any reports that others are suffering similar issues but I may not be looking for the right things. Can anyone assist?
