SQ01 - Query area - Text field

Hi guys,

Could you please help me out on this....

I need field with text (Value and value text) in the query area(SQ01). My understanding was, just we need to associate infotype field with check table and it should come as text field in the query area, but i am not getting...

Any ideas??

thanks for your reply, the thing is i am not getting the value text enabled through SQ02 or SQ01 when i right click the field. Easily u can find it out, if it is text field it is marked with 'T'. I used the check the table also...

Hi,

To get value and value text, you can use the logical databases. When making query through sq01, right click on output check box, and it will ask you for a value submenu, go there and select Text, Value or value and text. I think this will solve your problem,

I think must use text table related to that field , then only it will give the desired answer.

Suppose fro Ex Personal area code you can get from PA0001 but the Text is not in the PA0001 it is in another table .

Like this you have find out the text table and use it.
