Hi All,
When the approver clicks on the 'Submit' button, Request approval failed; error in MSMP approval method
The same approver does not not appear from GRC
GRC 10.1 SP 16, UIGRC001 SP8

Hi Plaban, I too face the same issue with same configuration. Looking forward for some to help us with this.Approval works just fine from GRC.
Moreover, end user request submission app works fine. Request gets submitted and a request no is generated.

Check SLG1/ST22 is any additional info on error is available.
