MIRO : How to posting a new amount on all deliveries item

Hello,

In the PO, there is only an item ( 7000 kg/ 20650 euros) which contain 7 deliveries (7*1000 kg / 7* 2950 euros) :

in transaction code MIRO, the 7 goods receipts appears (it is correct)

My problem is that i would like to posting 21000 euros instead of 20650 euros (7*2950) without change all the 7 items. So is it possible to posting the difference value 350 (21000-20650) for the total quantity 7000 kg .

You can also post the difference amount through "Unplanned Delivery Cost" available in Details tab, but its depend on your customization, it will be work if you configured as distributed the unplanned delivery cost to the among line items of Invoice.

It is all depending on your tolerance customizing. If you do not accept such high differences then you can't post it without changing the order price. Why would you avoid changing the PO if it is obviously wrong?

Depending on other settings this wrong PO could even become a template for the next PO, which would then get as well a wrong price if the buyer is not attentive.
