Creating Return Delivery with BOM (LUMF) based on Sales Return

I am trying to create a delivery based on Return order with a BOM. I get all the items exploded in the Return Order but only the main item is copied to delivery the sub items are not copied. Therefore cannot create the delivery. Is there any specific copy control configuration for such a scenario. Otherwise what could be the reason. Your help is highly appreciated.

1. Customizing of sub-items:

In the return order, check the schedule lines of the sub-items. What are the movement types?

Check copy control from RE order to RE delivery for these sub-item item categories, in VTLA

2. Stock:

If there is insufficient stock, then too the item will not populate in the delivery but will explode in the order
