Query Designer : Unable to exclude combination of data

Dear Experts,

My query structure is

Rows : Sales Organisation , Distribution channel , Division

Columns : Sales Value , Debit Note , Credit Note , Net Sales

Free Char : Company code, Bill doc Date, Customer,material

I am unable to exclude the combination of sales organisation and

distribution channel.

I want to exclude sales organisation (6100) with distribution channel

(50). But when we exclude both the values,entire sales organisation

6100 is getting excluded.

Also entire distribution channel 50 is getting excluded.

I want only the combination of 6100 and 50 to be excluded.

Is there any way by which we can acheive this ?
