Query Designer : Unable to exclude combination of data

Dear Experts,

My query structure is

Rows : Sales Organisation , Distribution channel , Division

Columns : Sales Value , Debit Note , Credit Note , Net Sales

Free Char : Company code, Bill doc Date, Customer, material

I am unable to exclude the combination of sales organisation and

distribution channel.

I want to exclude sales organisation (6100) with distribution channel

(50). But when we exclude both the values, entire sales organisation

6100 is getting excluded.

Also entire distribution channel 50 is getting excluded.

I want only the combination of 6100 and 50 to be excluded.

Is there any way by which we can acheive this ?

Regards,

Manish

    Hi

You can create a restricted key figure which includes your key figure and the sales organisation and distirbution channel . You can use exclude for the sales organisation 6100 and distribution channel 50 and it will work fine

You can select this restriced key figure in the place of your original key figure and it will work fine....

    Hope this helps

    Cheers

      Hi Manish

I found that you can exclude this using customer exit. You have to create a variable with customer exit and restrict the sales organisation with this variable and in the customer exit code should be written to avoid only the combinatin of sales organisation and distribution channel....

      Regards
