SAP PO using proxy adapter to pick csv file

Hi Experts,

In ECC A11 folders having CSV files how to send those CSV files in PO which adapter we can use to send the CSV files in PO without using File adapter or Pass through scenario.

Please let us know.

we can use proxy adapter to pick files? If any please send the links.
