Manage Supplier Quatations - Souce of Supply Management App

Hi Experts,

I could create RFQs in Manage RFQs App and Could Release the Quotations and Complete it. However I could not see the created RFQs in Manage Supplier Quotations. I have checked the Roles assignment and OData Services activations looks OK. Please advise what will be issue and why RFQs not displayed in Manage Supplier Quotations App.
