Questions about <sid>adm and sapservice<sid> accounts

Hi,

We have a number of portal instances in our landscape. Each portal server is currently configured with ONE <sid>adm account in the domain and ONE sapservice<sid> account in the domain. Having six instances in the landscape is equivalent to having TWELVE accounts in the domain for the portal. Account maintenance has been troublesome as each of these accounts have password expiring issues and different passwords. Would it be possible to consolidate these accounts? Instead of having TWELVE, maybe all instances can use ONE account: sapadm and sapserviesap for example? If it is not possible to use ONE account for all instances, can we at least maintain sapservice<sid> for all instances, but use ONE account for interactive logons and starting the services on the portal servers?

For example:

servers A, B and C can have their individual sapserviceA, sapserviceB and sapserviceC accounts untouched. We can apply for password non-expiry waivers from our AD team. On the other hand, we use portaladm (for example) as an account to administrate the portal servers and start the sap services on these machines...

Thank You.
