Error While Upgrading to SAP BO 4.2 SP4

Hi All,

I am working on SAP BO 4.2 SP3 (Windows) environment. It's an environment without Lumira Server and Design Studio.

When I am trying to upgrade it to SAP BO 4.2 SP4, the installation process takes a long time and end up with below error Log.

A list with all .dll file failed to register.

ERROR: Could not establish a connection with any CMS.ERROR: Could not establish a connection with any CMS.|ERROR: Could not establish a connection with any CMS.*_*#*
ERROR: An unexpected internal error occurred. The CMS has terminated unexpectedly with exit code -1,073,741,515. (FWM 23025)
Could not reach CMS 'BO42SP4:6400'. Specify the correct host and port and check for network issues. (FWM 20030)

If I try to open CCM it is giving Error "VCRUNTIME140.dll" is missing.

Seems that C++ run-time libraries are missing. Install version 2005 and 2015, i guess these were correct ones. CCM needs 2005 and Lumira frontend 2015

Thanks for your help.

We did tried to perform Full Installation of SAP BO 4.2 SP4 but faced same issue as mentioned above.

So we had to install Microsoft VC++ Libraries 2005 (64 Bit) and then performed the installation and it did worked.
