Why HANA Studio version 2.3.23 cannot connect to Service Marketplace to check updating?

After I updated HANA Studio to version 2.3.23, I cannot use it to check HANA components updates. I got follow error message:

Cannot authenticate to SAP Service Marketplace. Provide valid S-User credentials and make sure the user has download authorization.

I use the same S-User and Service Marketplace URL(service.sap.com). It works when I try HANA Studio version 2.1.6.

Does anybody know if it is a bug in this version(2.3.23) , or something else?

    Hi Scott,

    Did you find a solution on this issue, as I having the same problem after upgrading from 2.2.14 to 2.3.24
