Hi All,

There is a requirement , where , For all the items billed in an invoice , the cost price for the company is to be determined.

Now to determine this cost price, do we have a function module.

Hi Karan,

You can activate the condition type VPRS. This is a statistical condition type which stores the cost the of the material in the billing document. You can then obtain this any time from the condition records of the billing document.

Hi

You can do the sales order costing with Extras- Product costing . Once the costs are calculated, the condition type EK02 ( Calculated costs) will automatically updated with the Cost. This cost is more realistic than the VPRS cost.

Using this cost, You can go ahead

Hi,

Good afternoon and greetings,

Alternatively you can maintain the price in PI01 pricing condition type maintained in the tcode VK11 for a particular material / company code combination...the system would determine the price in the pricing procedure and would get billed at the defined rate in PI01.
