Problem with Change request management

I'm trying to configure Chanage Request Management... In that i'm facing some problem.. Could any one provide me a step by step document for configuring Change request management...

Any updates from SAP about the empty tabs? I have the same problem and i have been trying to figure it out for a week already. Please post any updates on solution to this problem. Thanks...

Hello Ronald,

In spro, point Activate Integration with Change Request Management ensure that you have defined the entry:

S Change Request Management NONE

With this you will be able to see the tab Change Request tab inside System Landscape tab

hi all,

1.first create a maintenance project,asign the logical components w with systems assigned in the logical comp in system landscape TAB

2.be sure that the Transport routes are correctly configured for the systems

included in project

3.create a img project

4.activate the Change request management and refresh it, under changer

management TAB

5.execute /ntmwflow/cmsconf

6.if any errors, execute SLG1

Firstly ensure that you have perform the Basis Settings steps in SPRO.

Also for Scenario specific setting->Change request management must be configured.

Hi,

I have created project in solution manager. But when i try to configure Central Configuration Tool by using "/TMWFLOW/CMSCONF" it shows nothing just two empty tabs( System change option and Critical objects ). Can't proceed...

Please help me with this issue...

Hi Alex,

that is exactly my problem. I created a support request concerning this empty tabs in sapnet and may be the answer is helpful. I will post the result here.

Hi Alex,

Please check if you have activate Integration with Change Request management or not.

If not then please perform this action first.

SPRO-> SAP Solution Manager-> Capabilities-> Change Control Management-> Check prerequisites->Activate Integration with Change Request management.

Please let me know if you still facing issue after performing this step..
