Can manage applications in cloud mobile service for development and operations

I've created three hybrid applications in the mobile service for development and operations on the cloud platform. I want to experiment with the iOS SDK but I'm unable to create new applications because the assistant tells me I've exceeded my limi of applications. If I try to open those applications to delete them I get this message:

You are not authorized to access SAP HANA Cloud Platform, mobile service for development and operations. Log in with the correct role, or contact system administrator.

I've checked in the roles in the cockpit and I do have the administrator role. I'm at a lost as to where to go from here. Does anyone have any ideas?

Can you change back to the previous cockpit version and re-try?

When being logged in press on your name on the top right corner and then under "User Settings" select "No, keep previous cockpit".

(You can toggle back in the same way)

It might be an issue with the privilege management.

Thanks,

Markus

That allowed me to access the applications without the message that I was not authorized but there doesn't seem to be a way to delete the applications in that cockpit. Is that possible?

Thank you,

Ross

Yep, I tried different browsers and deleted and added the role to my account. The odd thing is I can edit a new application that I created recently. I just can't edit the applications I added some time ago. Maybe some update to the platform at some point caused a problem.

Thank you,

Ross

Ross,

Maybe something changed in your SAP CP Account configuration and your permissions aren't alright anymore. You may want to follow the steps in item #5 at https://help.hana.ondemand.com/hana_cloud_platform_mobile_services/frameset.htm?d2a9afc1681c4e57a4a0... to make sure you have admin privileges in the SAP CP Mobile Services Cockpit.

Thanks
Andreas

Ross, have you tried to fully log out of the Cloud Platform environment and then clear your browser cache,
