Solman 7.2- Unable to Edit "Scope" in Request for Change

Am not able to Edit "Scope" in Request for Change. Error appears "The data in the Scope assignment block is incorrect or non-existent." Please see attachment

Thanks Prakhar, I am struggling to find out the configurations steps and authorization roles detailing required set up for ChaRM. There are many posts available and wiki is quite exhaustive. Wondering is there an detailed step by step "how to" post available for configuration ?

I have assigned following roles to the user

SAP_CM_CHANGE_MANAGER_COMP

SAP_CM_SMAN_CHANGE_MANAGER

While am using "ZSOLMANPRO" but can't see

1- Change Cycle / Phase in editable option

2- Scope also

Hello Santosh,

Have you checked that in customizing you have not set it status dependent hidden or view for this block.

secondly do you have this already working earlier and not working for your ID...Authorization issue ?

there can be multiple reason so I suggest share more details so that community can advise
