compulsory reverse matrial docment

In out SAP ERP 6.0 systom, there is a sto for across company transformation, delivery has been deleted,but the material doc of posting goods issue is exist. I want to reverse the doc,but mbst is not allowed, therefor please help me, give me a solution. Thank you very much!

Hi,

Normally when ever a preceeding document occurs you must reverse the document flow as per that only . Is this an STO ?

Please see the delivery document flow . and reverse as per the document flow happened .

and Yes you have to use VL09 for cancelling the material movements happened through SD .

Please check the movement type used for the issue for reversal movement types .

Material documents will not be deleted, a cancellation will even create a second material document. Deletion of a material document can only be done with data archiving.

A delivery can be deleted after you have reversed the invoice and the goods issue. This deletion does not check whether the receipt was cancelled, this is SAP standard design, see KBA 2031084 - Delete outbound delivery when related goods receipt still exists

If you want do such checks then you need to add your own coding in a user exit.

MBST is never allowed for a movement which has been done automatically from a delivery, such goods issues need to be cancelled with VL09.

It is not possible to delete a delivery if it has a goods issue which is not yet cancelled. If that is really the case then contact SAP Support as it must be a bug.
