C4C - Some functions are missing in Ticket Fiori UI

Hello all,

In Ticket HTML5 UI, there's a button 'follow-ups' to create follow up documents and button 'Assign to' to assign the processor.

However, in Ticket Fiori UI, these two buttons are missing. It's not possible to create follow-ups and assign the Ticket to other agent and team.

    Hi Xiumei,

    I know that the follow-up button is moved to the related items tab of the ticket. The assigned to team, I'm also curious where this action button is placed.
