Complaint and In-house repairs.

Hi,

In the Fast entry screen of complaint transaction CRMD_BUS2000120, we have option to put text in the Error Description tag. We add custom text type and accept text from the user. Our user wants to have restrict some of the text type to be shown based on the authorization. Is it possible to put authorization at the text type level based on the user roles?

Can any one let me know the BADIs that gets called in for Complaints and inhouse repairs, specially during change of the text type. I came to know that BADIs needs to be implemented for this.
