Usage decision is made before valuation. Can the results be valuated again?

While recording results in QE51n, the results were not valuated before saving them. And using QA11, the usage decision has been made as a conditional UD. And now the user wants to go back and valuate the results as he is not able to move the batch. Is there a way to valuate the results?

    Hi Dhinesh,

Once the UD is done it will not allow you to record the result, you need to first reverse the UD and than you can do the result recording

If you dont have UD reverse program than you need to refer note 175842.

    refer - https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/1315218

    Hope this solves your problem

    regards,

    Hi Dhinesh,

Yes its possible after UD reversed, you can change the MIC results.Select the MIC for a particular lot in QA32 or QE51N and then click on put in process icon available in the tool bar. This will reset the status of MIC from 5 - processing is completed to 2 - processed.

Note:To reverse the UD you need to implement the note as suggested in earlier thread. This note will not work if the material is serial managed.

    Regards.

    Swapnil
