Attach documents to multiple PO

Hi,

We have a requirement where we have to create attachment to Multiple PO's at once. Like we need to attach same file to many PO's, which becomes cumbersome to do individually. So need help if we can use FM or technical help in this development where we upload PO numbers and a common file path from where the file gets attached to all PO. Can we accomplish this?

    Hi

    I think it can be achieved, create transaction where you will pull all PO by giving a reference date, and run it, once you run it it will provide the list on PO, you select the PO which needs an attached document, and attached it.

    Speak to Technical Consultant. I used same logic for another purpose. that worked

    Hi,

    I need to attach same document to multiple PO's. So Can i create a program from where if i upload a excel sheet of PO list and a attachment, then all the PO's will be attached with the same document. Can this be achieved ?

    If your document is stored centrally in DMS then you can easily allocate it to many purchase orders. There is no upload function from Excel, but you can copy and paste several numbers at once from Excel into your screen in CV02N transaction
