Managing Quality of Service

Hi,

I found several functions for tracking and monitoring Enterprise Services within the XI component. However is there also something which

- allows me to monitor the fullfilment of SLAs

- allows me the definition of own ⚠️ service development guidelines (besides the ones defined for Enterprise Services in general by the SAP)

- allows me the definition of a service lifecycle which each service goes through

- allows me some kind of error handling (I found the alert monitoring, but can I map some action to certain alerts?)
