Thank you for the prompt reply. We are using ECC 6.0
We have created our own document types that go through a workflow. We have multiple status on the document.
Each status approval requires a digital signature. Depending on the level of approval, I have created a role which I maintained the configuration for the document and status. The remark is a mandated field for our business needs. However I want to change the remark to a custom verbiage vs No comment, Status updated.
I maintained the remarks within spro under: QM/Envionment/Central Functions/Signature Strategy/Define Signature Remarks (see second screenshot).
In the first screenshot, I would like the remark to default to "I have reviewed and approved the document" with the ability for the user to choose the remaining remarks. (such as reject, periodic review,retirement).
Is this possible in standard or do I need a custom development?
