We currently use SAP b1 ver 9.1 pl04 We should update it to 9.1 pl10 or update to 9.2pl03 to run SAP on a clientpc with win10 environment. Do you have any idea about the complexity and duration of this update / upgrade? Does this affect our add on's and coresuite?

    Dear Omer,

Some quick comments on your questions:
You should absolutely upgrade to a release in mainstream maintenance (that is, 9.2 now), and there basically the highest Patch Level.
Add-ons are of course to be considered during a release change, here you should check compatibility with the solution provider upfront.
Depending on the extent of use and customizing, tests are strongly recommended.

The upgrade itself is a matter of few hours. But to enable backup and fallback you should schedule 1-2 days, also to allow tests of the productive landscape. In fact, everything depends on the complexity of the implementation, the number of clients, the depth of preliminary tests and so on.

An experienced SAP partner should provide you with all this professional support.

    Hope this helps, Peter

Windows 10 supported from 9.1 PL10 onwards. It will be better to upgrade to 9.2 PL08 to get additional functions.

Before upgrading, please perform test upgrade based on production database if any issue while upgrading. Its saves your time during actual upgrade.
