About decision table: CUAN_TC_DECISION

We have done integration with SAP CRM. I ran the extract report CUAN_IC_MASTERDATA_EXTR_FULL for extracting interaction contacts and companies. It didn't bring any contact to Hybris Marketing.

Later, I noticed that the report checks decision table CUAN_TC_DECISION and if it finds essential applications inactive or schemas are empty, the data exchange is not possible. I checked the table in transaction SE16 and I saw that the table is nearly empty

I was about to fill the table, however I found out that delivery class of the table is S - system table.

Do we have to maintain this table manually or it's meant to be filled by some configurations?

What am I missing?

Hello Hakan,

Very technical question. The table records a few settings during the post installation steps, like the technical configuration cockpit.

In your case, it seems that no integration has been setup via the e.g. the CRM integration scenario (task list). Please review the installation guide on how to setup the CRM integration. Also the extraction report would have been scheduled automatically after the integration has been setup (e.g. delta triggers are set, etc.) with the cockpit.

Thanks for the reply. Everything seems to be fine according to the transactions in Installation Guide.

I quite don't understand what's wrong.
