Objective setting and Appraisals (tempate appearence)

Hi,

We use the above for creating templates for performance contracts, competence assessments etc etc. However we using the SAP standard. We need to make the appreance better-

1. For example change the standrad column heading appearence that is in grey colour with back font to something the users want.

2. The boxes for notes are too small on the web browser to enter data. Is there a possibility to use an editor that can help input the notes.

Please excuse me if a tread on this has already been posted and I have missed out. I would appretiate guidance on this.
