Hi All

There is a requirement to add new text type for adding new class description for marketing team.

So, we need to create new text type. I performed below steps:

Please check the SNAPSHOT for details:

Step 1: go to SE75 and add new text ids to KLAT(class text object). I added 5 new text Ids as per the requirement.

STEP 2: go to SPRO->Cross-Application Components-> Classes->maintain Object types and Class types. Selected table MARA -> Class Types ->Z05(Z05 is a class) -> Navigate to text type

Create 5 new text types there.(5 text type grouped into text block CLASS(3 standard and 3 custom) and Class1(1 custom) and class 2( 1 custom).

Now on CL02, I can see only the standard 2 text types and 3 of the 5 text type. The other text types, i cannot see if I click on class1 or class 2 text block, it directs me back to class text block only.

If I choose Class1 then why its showing me text ids for text block Class

Please let me know if I am missing any config?

I somehow have a feeling that you work in the same company with the Ravi Dave who just posted the same question https://answers.sap.com/questions/203198/class-t-code-cl01-texts-for-more-than-5-text-types.html - I don't believe on such coincidence - if you do then you should not open 2 discussion in the community

tag changed to the expected one for this question

Kindly post with the most relevant primary tag to get the attention of the right experts who can help. Posting with wrong tags adds just garbage to the activity stream of the people who follow this tag. Without the proper tag, the right people will not see your question and those that do see are not likely be able to provide a solution.
