Source table for Fields for structre ERCHZ in datasource 0UC_SALES_STATS_01

I have googled before posting my question here but couldn't find answer. Could any one of you please help me to find out the source tables for the structure

ERCHZ (used in data source 0UC_SALES_STATS_01) Specially for the fields BETRAG and MENGE in ECC system

Question is wide open.

Where are looking at these source tables and Do you have any metaata layer to pull in these source tables?. What is the reporting tool?.

am looking for source tables in ECC system, as using standard data source 0UC_SALES_STATS_01 to extract the data from ECC to BI.
