Business Partner Deletion

Hi gems,

May i know, can we delete business partner in CRM or not. If yes can you help me out about this setting and procesure to delete business partner.

Hi,

I usually delete business partner using two transactions:

1. BUPA_PRE_DA: This transaction flag Business Partner for Deletion. You can check in BP transaction that the Business partner is flag.

2.BUPA_DEL: This transaction delete the business partner.

Hello Forum,

the trx bupa_del deletes entries from table BUT000 but does not delete the BP physically. It should be supposed to be archived to be deleted completela, am I right?

Reloading them gives a BDoc message that they already exist. So Either I have to get rid of them or recover them.

How could you undelete these BP's definetly or how can you recover them?

Use the report called BUPA_TEST_DELETE to delete the BP's.
