SMART Form Display & Print

Dear All,

I have a problem in SMART Forms. A form has been designed in Development and it is printing and displaying as per the requirement. But when it is transported to Quality and Production the headings and title displaying format is getting disturbed. It is not printing as required. Even though all the styles and everything related with form is transported.

Kindly help me is getting the proper solution.

HI,

I got a similar problem like yours. This is most probably due to the printer setting in production.

If you are having problems with the printer printing black spathes on the layout, you need to edit your smartform, such that in each cell you specy the shading as black with a 0 %.

if you are talking of printing on printer then check the drivers in quality and production.
