how to display data of characteristic and their attribute after load

hi everybody

i'm new in sap BW

my problem is that i want to display data of characteristic and their attribute

after i do transformation and loading i see the message that 4 record added successfully but when i click on display data it shows me that picture but when i select all attribute for output it shows me just the key table filled with th correct data and not the attributes of that characteristic and their data

well, this is not because you're on a 740. It's just because it is not configured correctly (some web services should be activated).

Do you see your data directly on the master data table (SE16 on a table that should be /BIC/PTCLIENT for a characteristic TCLIENT) ?

Anyway, do a Maintain master data rather than a display data, it should be more straight forward.

thanks for your reply when i do maintain it shows me a website with an error because i have sap 7.40

thanks for your reply when i click on button it doesn't show to me the attribute of that characteristic it shows just the key and sid attribute that i define it on this characteristic like Name and Address and region they don't exist see the picture to understand

Click on the button and select the attributes you want.
