Defaulting a value in 'Control code' (MARC-STEUC) in Sales/plant view -MM01

While doing MM01 (creation or extnsion of material) to a given plant, I would like to default a value (say 9999999) at the field 'Contorl code' (MARC-STEUC) in Sales/plant view under 'Foreign trade data'. This is required for Brazil.

Hello Vasudevarao,

As charlie suggested, you can achieve this with Transaction variant / Screen variant with t-code SHD0. You can define the default value while creating the screen variant.

Also, not to foget activating screen variant.

in that case you can use field exit for that field and make it default value
