Configuring Actual Costing in HANA 1610 - Revaluation of consumption

Hi,

I am configuring actual costing in HANA 1610 system. The basic config of actual costing is done and works as expected. For revaluation of consumption, I have assigned accounts in OBYC-COC. However I need to revaluate consumption on original GL and cost object.

For this, I have created material type group CF, assigned movement type 201,202, 261,262, 601 and 602 to this MTG CF. I have create material updated structure Z001 and assigned process category V+ and MTG CF to VN (consumption). This material update structure is assigned to valuation areas relevant to ML/AC.

However, when running CKMLCP, the revaluation is still going to OBYC-COC account rather than the original GL (like COGS).

Is there something missing?

Dear Abhinav Sinha,

When did you assign the movement type group CF to movement types is it prior to Goods issue or post goods issue. Ideally assignment should happen prior to goods issue .

Yes, thanks. That was the issue. It was done after goods issue posting so not updated in ML document.
