Custom case description field display HTML script

Hi

I have created a custom field called case description in C4C. The problem I have now is that when I pull a report from C4C to Ms Excel the column Case description displays HTML script instead of displaying just the text I typed in the field.

Hi Jay,

We have managed to make it work.The latest rollout of C4C has the same case description that we wanted to build. So we got rid of the one we built and utilised the standard SAP one.
