Can any one tell me which perfomance is good.. either webService or RFC...? and why??

While creating webService in R/3 its asking the following details can any one explain those

Virtual Interface

End PointType : what is the end point type. please explain about the different options available...(Business Object, Funtion Group, Function Module, XI Message Interface)

Here is the best answer regarding WS vs RFC performance: /people/daniel.mcweeney/blog/2007/01/09/web-services-overhead

You can use RFC from almost all languages: C, Java, there are bindings for PHP, Perl, Ruby. Not sure about .NET languages.
