Entries in SMQ2 are not getting processed.

Hi All,

There is one issue which we have encountered today.

Entries are not getting processed through SMQ2 and getting it's status as SYSFAIL due to error- "Internal error occured when processing parallel rfcs

Note-We are getting this issue after system refresh.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hello Arpit,

What is the status of the inbound scheduler (transaction SMQR)?

Maybe it has a custom logon group defined there, that does not exist at the transaction RZ12?

If this is not the case, can you please provide screenshots from SMQR, SMQ2, SARFC and RZ12?
